Flight Simulator 2020 - How to - Sim Update 10 beta - Please insert the game disc error

Since the latest beta release of Sim Update 10 I received the famous please insert the game disc error. After going through all articles, the issue was still reproducible. Luckily there is the MSFS community which came with the resolution.
