Flight Simulator 2020 - A32NX - Fixing the lvr clb blinking issue

In this how to we are going to look how to fix the issue where the lvr clb text keeps blinking in the PFD screen. This is an issue which specifically affects the A32NX addon but luckily there is also a fix for it.
